These Terms of Service govern the use of professional driver-on-rent services provided by ANNACHALAK Service Pvt Ltd ("the Company"), owned by Rajan Mathur Tiwari. By booking our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Service Model Disclosure

ANNACHALAK provides professional drivers only. We do not provide vehicles, fuel, or insurance for the vehicle. The client must provide a roadworthy, insured vehicle with valid registration for the driver to operate.

3. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you are responsible for:

Ensuring the vehicle is in good mechanical condition.
Maintaining valid insurance and registration documents in the car.
Bearing all costs related to fuel, tolls, and parking.
Providing a safe working environment for the driver.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, and service designs on this website are the exclusive property of ANNACHALAK Service Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Warranty & Workmanship

We provide a professional service warranty ensuring that our drivers are license-verified and background-checked. If you are dissatisfied with a driver's etiquette or professionalism, please report it within 24 hours for a resolution.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of India. Both parties agree that the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters related to ANNACHALAK Service Pvt Ltd.

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to heavy rains, floods, strikes, or civil unrest.
